Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, this website records your name, email address, message and the optional contact and business details you provide. Delloweb uses these details to review and respond to your request.

Email updates

The newsletter form records your email address only when you choose to subscribe. Contact Delloweb if you would like your subscription or submitted details removed.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses a session cookie for form security and private team sign-in. If installed as an app, a service worker may store website assets on your device to support loading and the offline page.

DelloBot conversations

DelloBot uses published website information by default. Recent conversation messages are held temporarily in your website session and browser tab so you can continue a conversation. If an AI provider is enabled, your question, recent conversation and relevant public website information are sent to that configured provider to prepare an answer. The chat does not submit a project inquiry or process a payment.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms open services operated by those providers. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
